Warranty

We really don’t think you’re going to need this, and we hope you don’t, but just in case, you’ll be happy to know that all A80 Paris hair styling tools come with a warranty.

Warranty period varies by sale channel:

Lifetime Warranty
o   A80 retails shops and counters
o   A80 official website

1-Year Warranty (starts from the date of purchase)
o   Other official distribution channels (such as: OnTheList, Asia Miles)

You’ll be asked to provide us with a proof of purchase, so make sure you keep a hold of your receipt.

While we’re happy to process warranty claims, the warranty doesn’t cover the following:

  1. Tool damage caused by abuse or misuse, such as plugging it into the incompatible of power outlet, switching to the wrong voltage, misplacement (e.g. exposing the item to water), not following package instructions, or any other external or human cause.
  2. Styling tools that have been tampered with or an attempted repair has been carried out, so don’t try and go all DIY on it. Simply pack it up and send it back, and we’ll sort out the rest.
  3. Hair tools we deem are not defective.

If your tool has prematurely gone to styler tool heaven, please get the following ready:

  • The defective tool (original box optional)
  • Receiver’s details (full name, mailing address, phone number)
  • Email address you used for warranty activation
  • Admin fee of HKD180 (by cash or a cheque made out to “A80 PARIS HK LIMITED” )

And courier everything listed above to us at the below address. Hey, remember, we don’t offer a face-to-face exchange service, so please don’t come to our office in person.

Your defective tool will be replaced by a similar product of the same model (discontinued models will be replaced by an existing model). However, the design/colour of your replacement may be different, and will be randomly assigned at the company’s discretion.

Once we’ve received your parcel back at our office, we will send you a new replacement via SF Express. It usually takes 10 working days to arrive.

Please keep in mind that all returned defective products, accessories and their parts shall become the property of A80 Paris and are non-returnable to you. Also, A80 Paris will not issue any report in relation to the conditions and follow up details of the product.
